I have come to the conclusion that I am the worst waiter in the world. I don’t like to wait and I want answers now. Why am I not approved, why won’t they give me more information, why won’t my repres. Get back to me, and most of all why can’t I just have my husband with me NOW!!!!

so I have gotten 5 different answers in two weeks from the first lady saying she didn’t know a supervisor would help me to AP (which can’t happen yet because I am not approved yet !!), to security checks, and the last lady said fraud protection. I GIVE UP, I am about to throw in the towel and say screw this all of it. I am so sick of being stuck without my husband I was suppose to go see him tomorrow and now I can’t. I had employee steal money and I am now stuck in town until the situation is "investigated". I can’t wait until I am a peon No-body I am so tired of the endless amounts of paperwork and employee problems.

I have to say though my good employees make me smile. They had me almost in tears when I left to go home today.

Ladies I miss you all, I need to know what you think I should do. Should I keep calling or no, should I get a hold of a different represenitive? I am about out of options I don’t have a lot of time to work with and I am so stressed about everything going on.

Hi Courtney,

I know waiting sucks. I'm not a good waiter either. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.

Call USCIS back and ask them to do a service request. It has been more than six months. Some of them will not put in a service request unless you specifically ask them too. If they give you a hard time, say thank you, hang up, and then call back.

Once they do a service request, it should not take long for them to send you an email telling you what is going on with your case. I usually get an email telling me that they received my request. Approximately a week or two after that, I receive an email or letter from USCIS telling me what they need. Unfortunately I have had to do more than one service request and this has been my experience each time.

I am sorry that you are not able to go visit your husband because of others right now. I hope that is resolved for you soon and you can take your trip.

I really know how frustrating this is, but Don't give up.

I know everytime I have logged onto the USCIS website, I always expect to see the same thing...no change. But, that is not always the case. When I least expect it, I sign on and there is an update. I hope that you see your update soon.

Have you signed up for the new text messaging notices yet. If you haven't go to the website and sign up for them.

Good Luck!

Court, you tired your 2 states senators????

Im truly sorry your going through all of this, and now cancelling your trip, that is not right.

I would keep calling and calling, or better yet, contact Washington DC like I did, when I did that I got results, you know that.

I will send you the email address for the woman who helped me, and at one time, she was Director of USCIS, she is on our side!!!!

Love ya, big hugs,

Beth

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Yes, I agree with Paris Heart about calling Washington, DC. Recently I spent two days calling back and forth between USCIS and the NVC. I Was chasing my tail and it was really frustrating. I finally called the DOS in Washington DC. The lady there told me to call USCIS and what to tell them. I called USCIS and told them that I called DOS and what they said. The lady at USCIS sent out the necessary email and informed me (twice) that she was including that I called DOS.

Before I got to the point of calling DOS, I did talk to a supervisor a few times. Unfortunately, I kept getting the same rude supervisor. I had no choice but to call DOS.

Good Luck!
