k1 mumbai consulate help

can any one help

our cas was forwaded from nvc to mumbai consulate on september 8 2009

and still we havent received packet 3 from mumbai consulate.

so my fianceee called to mumbai consulate they said they sent packet 3 on september 10 to my fiancceee.

so i think packet has lost in mail or something.

mumbai consulate says just download the packet 3 instruction and send form.

can any one advice what form that we have to send to consulate for packet 3 and what we need to do

plz help

You should send them the following:

2. DS-230 (part ONE ONLY) http://www.state.gov/m/a/dir/forms/

3. Affidavit of support (For I-134) (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf)

4. Photo Instructions (http://mumbai.usconsulate.gov/media/pdf-visas/new_photo_instructions_for_k3.pdf)

Good luck!!! My visa is at NVC now and hopefully will be at Mumbai Consulate by this week and we will get our Packet 3 and interview date soon.

Also, what is the number for the Mumbai Consulate, and what reference number did you give them to check your file?

Sorry you only need to send back two things, the others are just enclosed in the package for you to bring the photos and I-134 to the interview.
