Hi everybody

I'm a new member in this site. I read a lot of stuff about people having problem wiht their case. And I thank all of you for your comforts. I've filled vawa in august 08 2008, they wrote me asking for rfe for mariage in good faith and background check. I sent the rfe to them, when I checked my status onlne, they said on sept 24 they received my rfe and they gonna write me in 60 days to let me know when they take a decision or if they want something else from me, unless the fingerprint or the interview is not ready yet. I never heard nothing from them since, some people ask me if I did receive a prima determination. To be honest I never receive nothing and i never heard from them either. May somebody help me please??

thats varey normal i file my vawa last november and i got prima facie in jan 09 and i never heard from them ever

but thats good at lest they say they will make desision in 60 day

hop for the bust

everything that happening at this moment is a RESULT of the CHOICE you ve made in the past...
