I-130 with concurrent I-485 & I-765 Filing

Hi, I have my AOS package(I-130, I-485 & I-765) ready to go, except my Birth Certificate.

Do you think I should go ahead and send the I-130 seperately right away and send the I-485 & I-765 later (Once I get the BC) ?

Or is it better to wait until the BC arrives (Maybe a week or 2) and then file I-130, I-485 & I-765 concurrently ?

In USCIS case early is better always, but if it's only about a week or two at the most file everything together. I am not sure how other people feel about this but I would file everything together.

But again the decision is yours and there is no harm in filing separate.

Thanks Rahul, However my H1 runs out in Jan 2010 ... in that case what do you think is optimum ?

Also, do I have to wait for the I-130 NOA and then file my I-484 with NOA ?
