I have no problem with "outsiders" and I really do appreciate their input into immigration questions posted in this forum. What annoys me is when someone comes from time to time when they are bored to boss everyone around and tell us we are "isolated" and that we should not post immigration questions in two places. Who cares? I mean honestly what is the point of coming into this forum to say that? I see none.

since you did not read my full post, because you ladies would just rather paint me out to be the bad girl here ... i've already stated that i do not look to which forum i am posting in because it matters NOT to me. that issue lays on your doorstep thus validating the issues you have with outsiders.

Au contraire my friend I have read every word of your posts in this topic. I am trying to offer you a little advice in return by letting you know that maybe you should read what forum you are in before you post. You may think that your "help" is appreciated but it certainly is not, and it rather unnecessary. I don't know where you get off thinking that you can just go around and tell everyone what to do, where to post, how to act, how to let things go... don't you have anything better to do? I think I speak for lots of people here when I ask that unless you have something non condescending to say, then don't say it. If you want to respond to a post by actually answering the original question rather than enforcing your rules that could possible be more appreciated and although it would be new for you, you should try new things!

I think what Gimy is doing is trying to preserve the quality of the information given....People come here everyday looking for answers, and it doesn't really look right if two different threads say two different things...

And as it's not a regional specific issue, don't see the problem with it being elsewhere.

because .... please follow along now since this has been explained before ... when you keep your valid question in one thread you are more apt to receive the MOST concise answer possible.

when you start posting the same question in different forums ... information gets losts, misconstrued, etc. if misinformation has been posted, someone is able to come along and provide a more correct answer for the OP.

KML could has easily made the very same post in his original thread and someone could have clarified for him. but that's not what happened here ... the first response from noura was incorrect.

No big deal, just if people would use the Active Topics feature they would see everything that has recently been posted in every thread, so then a person only needs to post the question once and everyone would see it.

It does not piss me off where anyone posts. Likewise and thankfully *those in the know* DO use the Active Topics search feature to add to the answers provided in all corners of VJ. People should be happy about that if this is their comfort zone and not bash "outsiders" from responding.

And as for the search feature, obviously it is waaay under utilized as this topic is discussed over and over again, however, if you use the search feature in THIS forum as you stated, therein lies the disconnect as the majority uses the other forum.

I am bothered because a suggestion was made by someone you don't care for so slap 'em with the police statement. It makes me sad that for some reason, I feel like the ONLY person who frequents this sub-forum who feels there aren't any outsiders.

I am one of those people who is NOT in the know so reading various topics keeps me in the know.

As much as I try to read everything, there is no way I can go back and read everything so my small brain would post in any and all forums to get information.

It is so sad this type of issue has to come up...over and over again. If one sees an error, overlook it and move along. Pointing them out all the time is so redundant and a waste of everyones time.

I can certainly understand the "police" statement because this happens over and over again here. It seems there are a few who love to stroll in and stir things up. Why I don't know. I am thinking they don't have much of a life and this gives them the attention they are so lacking in their lives.

The issue isn't "outsiders", the issue is the complaining , the nit picking, those type of things are so uncalled for here. This is a site for info and help.

Well the problem is that she got bored last night then as usual, felt all high and mghty and decided to come teach us a "lesson". Why she thinks she is qualified to do so I do not know.

I'm glad I'm not her daughter yikes. The bossiness could be a little much for me.

I hope time flys for youuuuuuu. Most times I pray time slows to a crawl but you need it to fly by!! Staying busy will help it go by faster.

I was told by Mr. Rumberger in Washington to have my husband call. He will call at 9am tomorrow. I aked my 2 senators offices to make an inquiry for us. I can guess what they will hear...as soon as AP is done we will call Mr. *****. Hellooooo...DOS said it was done June 28.
