Holy #######.

This process is so twisted.

Now, I'm beginning to worry because I HAVEN'T gotten that ridiculous second RFE.

I think those immigration guys are smoking all the crack that Customs has been confiscating...

Now when i saw that everyone is getting a 2nd IMBRA RFE I am a not even going to check my mail.

These procrastinator morons at USCIS are making me puke now. They are not accountable to any one.

There cant be a bigger insult than getting a 2nd RFE for the same IMBRA #######.

One other thing, my first RFE was a yellow piece of paper and this one was on a white sheet I wonder what was the significance of that? Also, we never imagined we'd get a second RFE, is it possible to get a 3rd and truly turn this SH$%@ into a complete disaster!!!!!!

Dirk, this is an exercise in patience. They say it's a virtue (but don't give any clues about how to practise it). So here's my take. We're in a holding pattern, circling the airport indefinitely. We have two choices. We can keep looking out the window for hours, waiting for the landing. Or we can watch the movie to pass the time.

On good days, I have no doubt everything will eventually work out for the best. So in the meantime, I don't want to miss all the good things going on around me because I'm too preoccupied with things I can't control. When we finally land, I want to be relaxed and ready for the next adventure. Not jangled and wild eyed, with coffee stains on my shirt, running to the bathroom because I've absentmindedly been living on beer nuts and Oreos.

HEy Man,

i thought i was the only one who received the 2nd Imbra letter. the same thing as the first one, after waiting for about 1 hour on hold i finally talked to this customer service lady who had no clue about what i was talking about! i thought maybe i answered it wrong or something, and wanted to know if if there was a problem with the first one or is there a particular way they wanted us to reply the Imbra questionaire! she told me i should just send a copy of what i sent earlier and just wait!!!!!!@@!!!

Anyway i got a question, anyone know anything about misrepresentation? prior to getting married and filing the k-3, my wife / fiance at the time got refused a visa on the basis of misrepresentation. will that affect this k-3 process if it goes thru again? please any ideas are welcomed!!!

It may very well, yes. Do you have a lawyer? If not, I would at least be consulting one to discuss the specifics of your case.

You can find me on FBI

I am but a wench not a lawyer. My advice and opinion is just that. I read, I research, I learn.

Hopefully the plane doesn't run out of fuel while we continue to make eternal laps in the sky. It's hard to find distractions that are sufficiently interesting to completely take this bungled process off your mind. Still sleepless...

Received duplicate IMBRA RFE yesterday AFTER MSC sent me e-mail 7/12 advising they had received the 1st one. This second one is an exact duplicate of the first one. In their e-mail they say preliminary processing was being done in the application while waiting for the IMBRA RFE and we can only hope these second RFE's are just a result of computer errors.
