I paid for the ADDIDAVIT OF SUPPORT fee last week, and i am filling out the i864ez now:

i have a couple question want you guys help me out:

1. before i send out my i864ez, what document (or paper work)do i have to enclose?

(i have read the instruction already, just try to make sure enclose the right thing)

2. I heard that i gotta write down the case number on each page of the i864ez form..is it true?

(or any other trivial stuffs i have to pay attention to??)

3.if i want to make a correcton to my principal applicant's current address, how can i do that?

(does the addiress have to correspond to i864ez form's )

4. (question about CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT): If i want to sign an agent for me, how to turn that in? send it with a separated envelop? OR with the ie64ez form?

Right OK, lets try and make sense of this:

1. before i send out my i864ez, what document (or paper work)do i have to enclose?

(i have read the instruction already, just try to make sure enclose the right thing)

I think you will need to enclose w2's bank statements, wage slips and nay saving/equity you may hold. If it's a joint sponsor I think you may have to file 2 of I-864 forms (not 100%).

2. I heard that i gotta write down the case number on each page of the i864ez form..is it true?

(or any other trivial stuffs i have to pay attention to??)

No, I don't think there's anything else. Obviously proof read, eliminating any errors and spelling mistakes

3.if i want to make a correcton to my principal applicant's current address, how can i do that?

(does the addiress have to correspond to i864ez form's )

If it's NVC you have filed this with, call them up and ask them what to do. I think you just correct the information with them. I assume by principle application you mean the address on the petition?

4. (question about CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT): If I want to sign an agent for me, how to turn that in? send it with a separated envelop? OR with the ie64ez form?

There is a form called DS-3032 form - choice of agent. you filed that in and send it to the NVC.

All the information I have provided I'm not 100% sure, but it will at least create leads for you tail off in and gain further information.

Best of luck

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.
