ok got my rfe today and there is a couple things on it. one is there statement about meeting in person,and proof of it.i sent plane ticket stubs,plane itinerary,stub for payment when from leaving philippines, passport with copies of all pages,photos,etc why would they put that there? what more can i show? shoot all that should be fine.or do they put that on all rfe letters?

They want those primary evidences to see if you and your fiancee had indeed met, within two years of filing for her petition. Boarding passes, passport stamps of entry and exit, credit card receipts among others that show the dates that you allegedly claimed having met in person.

yes i know why they want them and i alreadys submitted everything in the beginning.all of it.

What did you answer on question 18?

i answered yes and wrote how we met and where. if your refering to the i129f. i did all the paperwork right and sent in all the proof but will resend the proof and resend a copy of my passport.

yes i know why they want them and i alreadys submitted everything in the beginning.all of it.

ridiculous as it may be, just send all of those again and add your most recent visit to her (new pics, tickets etc)...

VJ warns of RFEs like this where while you were 100% sure you sent everything they asked for and assume that they received everything, who knows what happened to them after they were received? misplaced, mixed up with other applications, fell on the trash bin? who knows)

and they warn also of submitting photocopies (unless instructed to do otherwise on some docs) so that you'll have the originals to photocopy (again) and resubmit)

just respond like it's nothing.. the quicker you respond, the better you'll feel :)
