yes, I think maybe because of that. I sent I-130 same day I became USC.

We got our no2 September 1.. My got our case # at NVC Septemnber 11..

Call the NVC after 1 week :-)

9 working days :-)

in our case we found out late.. september 15. we found out that we have already a NOA2.. its because we enter wrong receipt #.the my hubby call Immediately the NVC and they said september 11 we have already a case #.

we are late now .. its okey..
