When I try and log on to NVC it is telling me this.......... What does this mean?

I believe, and I'm sure someone will confirm this, that your time at the NVC is over and your case is being sent to the consulate for interview scheduling.

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill : 10/2/2009

Received Interview date: 1/22/2010

Medical Exam: 2/23/2010 at 1:30 p.m. - yep he went for the latest possible appointment......

Interview date: 3/1/2010 APPROVED!!!!!

You asked this question on the 25th here and received an answer. Also, a quick search on this site of "sign in failed" comes up with a lot of results, all giving the same answer.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

Good lord, settle down. You have already received several correct answers, and, as I have already stated, a simple search of your situation on VJ will give you a pile of topics all with the same correct answers. This question is asked at least 2 times a day here as far as I can tell.

Well I just found out my case is finally complete, but the NVC said that my case wont leave the Nvc until they schedule the interview. :star:
