HEHE it is only user friendly if you have not been in the other one and have gotten use to the old one !!!!(LAUGHING)

Touched is if there has been in progress in processing you Request. Most of the time you get a letter if you have not signed up for the EMAIL OPTION of notification.

Our GC (AOS) application has been touched so much and transferred that we are getting Bruised.

single 15 years married 5 months ....now I know what peaks and valleys are in life. LOVE my wife hehehe

Touched is when in your portfolio section the last updated date has changed but nothing has been approved or an rfe sent. It can mean any number of things including your box was moved, they received notice of an address change or you've been assigned an adjucator. Even in our case it could mean that you were actually approved but they didn't update your online status to approved.
