129 -K3 RFE..Could it be the reason?

Hi all,

Got and email from USCIS stating they have generated RFE..I am loosing my patience and eager to know what could be the reason.

I've submitted all docs exactly as stated in the checklist.

In reviewing the copies (I had made copy of everything that I had sent), I noticed that in G-325 where you are to provide your last 5 years address, the city field is too small hold the entire city name hence it shows e.g Mount Prospe+ (there is a plus sign in PDF) as well as other cities I've lived in..

I did't think it would be a problem but could it be???

2009-09-30 -> I-129 Approved

2009-09-30 -> I-130 Approved

2009-10-14 -> NVC Received

2009-10-15 -> Received/Sent DS-3032

2009-10-15 -> Received/Paid I-864 Bill

2009-10-19 -> Send I-864 Packet

2009-10-26 -> NVC Received DS-3032

2009-10-28 -> Receive/Pay IV Bill Pay

2009-10-29 -> Send DS-230 (Overnight)

2009-10-30 -> NVC Received (DS-230) 11:00 AM

2009-11-03 -> NVC Entered DS-230 in system.

2009-11-09 -> Received email requesting DS-230....

2009-11-12 -> Log in to Consular Electronic App Center failed!!

2009-11-13 -> Case complete

2010-01-12 -> Rescheduled from [2010-01-25] Interview [Approved]

2010-01-14 -> Pick up passport.

2010-01-17 -> Depart

Not sure what the real problem is ... But anyways, regarding the pdf file - since there is not enough space to fill in, an additional page/paper where you should write the complete info is the safest and surest thing to do.

It might be a problem. We were advised on VJ that if there was not enough room to write the whole thing using the computer, then after printing the document, we should manually put the rest of the missing letters with a pen. Hope that helped. :thumbs:

If that is it, I will make sure to include the info in a seperate paper or as advised in RFE..
