What is the IV-15K?

Hey everyone.

Just about to send my IV-15 checklist to the UK embassy, but it says we should send the IV-15K too.

Am I missing something here? Is the IV-15K something different - or isn't it just the checklist you send where you check off passports, certficates, etc, ie. the IV-15 as it clearly says on the form?

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

I just had a look at the form, they are one and the same. The IV-15 states:

"You may notify the Immigrant Visa Unit that you are ready for an interview by using this form IV-15K."

If it's peace of mind, this is the form that I used and I've got my interview date.
