most of may is still waiting.. june and july got lucky that they skipped most of may.. i really should've waited a month then filed, i might be in nvc now..

We are still waiting too. Our NOA1 is dated July 1. We had a touch on September 16 and now nothing. It's really disheartening to see mid-August people getting approved. I'm pregnant and we had our fingers crossed that we would have an interview date before the baby is due -- 12/28. Wish I knew why we're delayed while others are sailing through.

According to Igor's list there are still 13 May filers (I-130) waiting to be approved (which the May filers seem the ones to really be screwed since they have had to sit by and watch all the June and July and August filers fly by) and there are 12 June, 14 July and 11 August... So I would not be worried... of course it really sucks that there are so many seemingly left behind. I do hope for everyone that they start getting all of these older applications approved!!! Best of Luck

i am a lucky june filer who was approved in 69 days thank goodness. but to think MAY filers are still out there without approval?

Sorry to hear about your long wait. My NOA2 came in as little as 14 days. They recieved it 9-21 and NOA2 was given 10-6-09.

I think you should be calling some public officials, so that they can give them a push!!! Good luck.

Still waiting too.

Got an RFE last week and they received ou reply on the 6th.

Going to see my loved one tomorrow, so stressed abt the trip again. Cant wait to be tomorrow night back our apartment to finally relax some.

Wish me good luck ^^.

And good luck to everyone with NOA2. :blush:

Feb. 2007 : meet online

March 2008 : Fell in love

May 2008 : officially "dating"

June 21st 2008 : ingame "wedding" haha

July 14th 2008 : bf gone to basic training

August 30th : graduated - on the way to tech school :)

October 30th : graduated tech school - moving base :)

Dec. 23rd 2008 : 1st visit - bf arrival in France (yesss !)

Dec. 28th 2008 : introduced him to parents (they love him, wheee !)

Jan. 4th 2008 : bf gotta go back to the US, sad day.
