April 24, 2007 : Welcome Notice Rvcd. Yeeehaaa!!!!
June 1, 2007: GC arrived! Yippy! USCIS Free for 2 years!
2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

They asked for a new employment letter. I gave them that and a new I 864. They were very interested in the money. They wanted everything to do with that. She also asked for all of the passports ( even mine ). She confiscated Lucero and Angelica's I 94 for some reason. Like I said before she took the EAD and cut it up in the garbage can.

We just bought a house and had rented a couple of properties. We had put both names on all of the documents. She wanted every bit of that. It had to be 75 pages. She wanted W2s for 2005. I had no tax records except an old tax transcript. She filed that quickly and did not look closely at it.

She asked for original marriage license. She asked about joint accounts and credit cards. I showed her a checking account and it seemed to surprise her that we did not have more. I think she would have had a problem if we hadn't done all of the business together on the property.

Angelica is a K2. That part was really easy. They hardly asked her anything. They pretty much did them together.

I was a little too laid back about this whole interview thing. I should have taken it more seriously.

30 June 08 Sent I751 to remove conditions

25 July 08 Application returned erroneously incorrect fee

27 July mailed new application with separate checks

15 Sept 08 Application returned erroneously K2 not within 90 day timeframe

17 Sept Mailed 3rd application with mountains of proof of error copied Senator Mel Martinez

09 October 4th application package sent. This time they said the app signature page was a copy

10 Oct Sent package again 4th time.

25 Oct Received another NOA for Wife with $625 for the amount with one year extension

30 Oct 2008 Still nothing for step daughter. Checks still haven't cleared the bank

24 November Checks finally cleared the bank

February biometrics for wife Nothing for daughter.

Congrats!! Thanks for sharing with us. I must agree in the way that they make immigrants feel. I am here legally and everytime I have to do anything with USCIS my stomach twists up and I feel like I've commited murder in the way I get treated. If they fixed the whole USCIS system with timelines/customer service maybe so many wouldn't be here illegaly lol.

I hope you get your green card soon since they cut your EAD. I have heard some people waiting 9 months which really sucks.
