To all.....it is FIANCE visa K1.....

what it is on the White Slip ....Today...( I cant Trust it anymore !!!!! unless i see it with my own eyes) yesterday was different.

the X is on the following;

YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED UNDER THE CURRENT CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS....

YOU HAVE NO PETIONABLE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PETITIONER.......

her English is not great.....I told her (and again she DID NOT not listen!!!!) to ask for TAGALOG interview...knowing how great her English really is...

Screw up number 1....... Police Certificate with wrong Birth date.....

Screw up number 2...... Does you FIANCE have kids? she answer NO and then she retracted because she did not understand and give the name of my 2 kids correctly....

according to her she did not understand the question correctly, while she know very well I have 2 kids and spoke and chatted with both of kids in last 3 years....

Now there is "so much I can do" to help someone.....i really done my best and have no regret because I really out my heart and soul in this relationship.....

I will call the embassy tonight....Friday Morning Manila time....maybe a get a clearer picture..

I am to the point in my life when I cannot no longer fight so many battles on so many fronts....

fighting a foreign government bureaucrat in the middle east, a Fiance that does not listen, problems with language, an embassy interviewer maybe was on a bad day, worrying daily about my job, a divorce that left a scar bigger then my all body...etc,etc

something has to give.... and my health is slowly giving away.....

just returned from a CT scan in the imaging center.. trying to figure out what is wrong....

I apologize about my rants and expressions but just wanted to let anyone know that this relationship was started and during it... with all the best intentions...and feelings...

I really need to think hard and deep inside of me on what do next.....

because if we have problems with a fiance visa.....i see NO DIFFERENCE trying to get her here on a married visa (IR/CR1)

Thank you all for reading my sad story....

because if we have problems with a fiance visa.....i see NO DIFFERENCE trying to get her here on a married visa (IR/CR1)

You got it!

Unless she learns English better thing won't change!

I/fiancee was denied as I couldn't learn Tagalog and she couldn't learn English. She could type English but not speak it. We obviously didn't have a loving bonafide relationship but a functional one and I guess the CO was correct denying us. We decided to call it quits and go our own ways as I /we couldn't see any solution in the near future.

I gave her enough money to start a decent sari sari store and the last I heard she had married and was poping out babies.

My story "was" sad also until a year later when I met and married my current loving pinay wife who can communicate

"TO GOOD"

AMEN to that......

with one small difference.....

after this one goes sour, I will stay away from any woman like the PLAGUE.....

I made for last 9 years alone.....i will make it alone for the rest of my days as long the "ONE UP THERE" allows me to live...

I may even start my own convent with all the missionaries included.... (...LOL....I am trying to find some sense of humor in all this sadness!!!!)

Si, señor Eros, but you can't be a missionary till she gets here. Entonces, you gotta pray, without kneeliing if you please, that everything will come out with gratification!

I forgot to mention that your fiancee won't be able to request for an interpreter.

My friend had her K1 interview few years back. She was with this woman who was denied a visa due to the reason she could not speak english.

The main question of the CO, how are you able to communicate with your fiance if you dont know english.

yes ur right about this bcoz what i know interpreters are allowed for applicants applying for tourist visa only.. like our senior citizens... ehhehe, mga tanders na di marunong mag-enlgish na me relatives sa us.... :star::thumbs:

This post is the reason that I question whether or not you have the love necessary to hang into this:

and I am afraid I may have to change my screen name to

EROS THE SCAMMED

EROS THE IDIOT

EROS THE FOOL

You're right, I don't know your story, like you don't know mine. But I can guarantee that you will never find me posting these kinds of comments, suggesting he was using me, when he was denied. Between this, and how harsh you were on her for making a mistake, and your doubts as if you want to follow through with the immigration is why I posted what I did. There should be no questions in your mind whatsoever when petitioning someone to be your wife. These doubts should have been addressed and resolved long before you got this far in the immigration process.

I'm sorry if you aren't happy with what I posted. It wasn't my intentions to judge you. But from what I see from your posts I don't think you are at the right place emotionally to take on the unimaginable responsibilities that bringing an immigrant over will surely be. Whatever happens I do wish you the best of luck.

God said"DONT GIVE TIRED OF DOING WAT IS GOOD,DONT GET DISCOURAGE & GIVE UP,FOR WE WILL REAP A HARVEST OF THE BLESSINGS AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME"GODBLESS

I feel sad to hear this.. i remembered Josephine a fellow Vj member..

she told me she failed after her interview because of her NBI clearance.

but after 3 weeks she got her visa..

sometimes God has His own reason.. He gives us test that will strengthen us..

I will keep you both in my prayers and i know you will pass all the test.

Thanks Kaibigan...

Can Josephine give us more details, what was the next step she did?

I am trying to figure out what the options are from an honest mistake..

.especially in our case when the mistake was made from a foreign government putting the wrong birth date on a certificate...

Any help is greatly appreciated at this time.....

Hey..sorry to hear that she failed the interview. But i don't think "the foreign government" should be blamed anymore for the wrong birthdate because you said she was issued with the corrected one BUT she didn't bring it. If she brought it with her, maybe things would have been different. I know this is too much to handle and I really wish you good luck and more strength to take this all. Please pay attention to your health first. As you have said, you still have kids that depend on you. Please don't lose hope and be careful and considerate in everything you do and please try to get some sleep/ rest. Take care.

Morocco4ever,

There is nothing to be sorry,

If you actually read my response to you on the previous post again, you will see that first I THANK YOU for your comments and suggestions, then I am actually agreeing with most of what you saying with few exemption, there is love that is why it hurts so much, no one cannot even imagine the PAIN in my heart and possible hers... unless sometime it happens to us. Just to make an example most of us cannot imagine, a poor person that does not even have enough food to eat, going to bed hungry, waking up even hungrier....we really do not know it until we experience it or we do fasting because of religious reason.

My words, my comments, my toughs, my doubts are unique to my situation and my personality and my own life experiences.

You are different person, maybe be better person then I am, maybe with more virtues and more common sense and many other things...

but we are not here to judge any one person or their faults but to share our experience and knowledge in this VISA journey.

Some of us are lucky and things go flying through the process without any problems. Other have done their homework before and they are prepared on what they encounter.

Some others (like me!) have been infatuated with unimaginable love (after other previously disastrous relationship) that we were thinking of living in a fantasy world until we hit a cement wall.....and we completely come to a dead end and all of a sudden we WAKE UP.

The stoppage does wake us from that stupor ( drug, give what ever name you want) called LOVE, the emotions make us question everything....

once again you are right, many things should have been addressed previously and not at this stage and once again I am agreeing with you.

Hitting this HARD STOP has been actually a BLESSING in disguise, "at least for me", because not only now I question everything about my relationship, it also make think deep and hard what my priorities should be or should have been.

A world is not made of only 2 people, but what ever else is around us, what is dear to us, including our children.

I have 2 children and when i look at them, their smile, their sadness, their hugs, their health, their life makes it all worth living in a sometime miserable world.

The above lines are about responsibilities....just because i may not be ready "unimaginable responsibilities that bringing an immigrant over will surely be" that does not mean i may not be responsible.

I already have brought an immigrant 18 years ago from my own native country... we waited a little before having children, that is why mine are still young... and I know how hard it is.....and the agony of adjustment to a new country...since I experienced it first hand and my EX-WIFE experienced too...when we came over.

As you can see, there is ALWAYS more to the story then meet the eye...

Bless u all...

Ah LOVE. Indeed it is that rush of infatuated lens of a happy ever after. And yet at the same time, this LOVE all of us pursue with dogged tenacity is irrationally closed-minded to the greatest demand of a long-term fruitful mature relationship. Common sense.

Was it an honest mistake for her to forget whatever that is that escaped Sally's mind in the interview or was it a lack of responsibility, only Sally knows.
