Three years is really not that long.

we have been waiting and trying to get this done since 2005.

we had the same disappointment a few months back, but now we are applying again.

The easiest thing in the world is just giving up, or doing nothing. You can try and reschedule the interview or petition or something. Its only over when you decide to stop trying.

good luck

i can't believe it...just a wrong birthdate on the police clearance and she failed? they didnt give her a chance to give the correct one? maybe she didnt explain it right? our interview is in 2 days and i am very very worried too!

It will stop the process because these legal documents don't match

Wow, this is brutal

It sure is....like life is not brutal enough already !!!!!

You must of been floored when you heard why interview failed, like the last straw on the camel's back. Regroup and have her submit the corrected certificate from hell. This time, the correct certificate will be your angel. Good Luck! :innocent:

Thanks WALLS1010....

But you see the problem is....

SHE DOES NOT KNOW where the corrected police certificate is located , I have asked to make XEROX photocopy of everything she compile there....including that...so we always have a copy available....SHE DID NOT DO IT (another of many times that she has not listen to my advises).

It could be home in Mindanao or could have been displaced. Who Knows, right now I am in dark as many of you readers are.

It it to be re-requested it may take another 6 to 8 weeks as done previously......

I DO NOT KNOW what is in the WHITE SLIP because she not answering phones, text, from me or other Filipino friends from here too..

I will try to call the Embassy this evening to see if they tell me anything.....other then that I really do not know how I can stop the PETITION from be sent back to USIC...

Her flight back to Mindanao is in few hours....from now

thats so sad that it happened to you...dont give up just try to be patient for now and do what you can do about the petition...maybe after she go back to mindanao she can talk to you about it already...for now just give her time i guess shes so sad about it and because it was her fault why the interview went wrong so she doesnt want to talk to you.

the day of my interview i also failed but after i got back to the hotel i immediately called my hubby and told him what happened...we were both sad at that time but we didnt give up...

God bless you.

Her US embassy Interview today failed, I do not know all the details yet......

I just want to thank you all for the support and kind words given to us along the way.

I know this sound kind of harsh, but this journey has been too long from me. It has been 3 years in the making, it been affecting my health in major ways and sometime the "ONE UP there" is trying to send me many signals which I may have failed to understand them.

So once I will know little more details, I will probably make a very tough decision....

Once again, I want to thank you all again for the friendship, the support, the fun at times making this journey a little easier...

God Bless and Best Wishes to you all....in journey and relationship.

Truly,

Eros and Sally

Im so sorry to hear that Eros! But dont say "Goodbye" yet....there are chances......

Let me give you a short (or maybe not that short...but il try to make it brief...hehe)

I talk with a girl at the Embassy who was there for her 3rd visit at the embassy, just to get her visa....I ask her "why 3rd visit?" coz he forgot a very important document at home (which is needed at the interview) plus she was also a drug user before...and was given a white sleep, and give ask her necessary docs....an NBI clearance, a divorce final decree (she's teh 3rd wife), and i forgot the other one.....

See??!!! her case is far more difficult than yours....you can escape this terrible nightmare easy....

Just PRAY Hard (il be praying for you too.....) I know this very difficult for you...and you almost want to give up...but GOD has reasons for all these....

WE"LL BE HERE FOR YOU.............YOUR VJ FAMILY!!!!!!

Seems like there were issues in the relationship already, failed interview is an excuse to end it. If love is there then tough situations should make you both stronger together if not then this is how relationships end when two people need each other the most. Ofcourse her not answering to calls and texts is not helping either. All the best to you in whatever you decide.

THERE are relationship ISSUES if ONE side has been SCAMMED for this long.......

"GOD.....HELP ME NOT to go there" and "do something that I may be sorry for the rest of my living days....."

maybe the "truth" will come out later in the next hour or so.....and some may not want to read it....

none of the above, dont make any decision until u are able to talk to someone from the embassy on your case, the paper maybe marked wrong and meaning only she needs to bring back the correct paper...hopefully she can find it.....if another one is required maybe just another short delay (again) but i think u probably already have a feel for what your feeling inside in regards to continueing on with this case

i've seen the phrase labor certification used in a few instances here on vj:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=32563

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry2133982

(post 12)

given what you've told us, it might be best if you start a new thread in the waivers forum:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=113

get all the information you can regarding what the denial was for, including the exact phrasing on the papers she was given so people can properly advise you in the above forum.

more info on what causes a labor certification exclusion.

http://www.americanlaw.com/exclude6.html

i'm mystified about the entire situation you are in, but i wish you good luck.

I was reading and what that means is she overstayed a work visa in another country. When the work visa ran out she didn't leave. Ask her if she ever worked outside the Philippines on a work visa. I could be wrong.

Yes, she worked in Bahrain.....

I do not have all the facts yet....so I do not really know if she overstay or not....at this moment...

but what that has to do with USA and a fiance VISA K1?

She has no criminal records in the Philippines or Bahrain.....
