filling DS-230 for spouse and daughter?

Hello, I have question about filling DS-230, I am a US citizen petitioning my wife and my step daughter. We were married when she was under 16 years old.

I already have my I-130 petition for my wife approved, now in DS-230, it says "Complete one copy of this form for yourself and each member of your family, regardless of age, who will immigrate with you."

Is that mean I have to file DS-230 for my step daughter too?

Please advice. Thanks

Did you file an I-130 for her daughter as well? Only if the daughter is going to receive a cr-1 visa as well will you do a ds-230

Good luck.

Good luck.

I didn't file separate I-130 for my step daughter since I thought she got approved based on her mother petition status.

So I have to file separate I-130 for her?

You have also been answered in your previous thread :

Apply ASAP as the parents petition can sit at the NVC for a year if I am not mistaken. get the I-130 filed for the child today. Call the NVC to let them know you want to hold the parents petition there then they can meet up if there are no hiccups with the child petition.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

oh wait a min here.... My fiancee has a 2 year old daughter. We are bringing the daughter over to USA, the father has no custody rights and has no visitation rights either. Does this mean I have to file a separate I-130 for the 2 yr old also?

You show K-1 correct??

No as long as the child for you is listed on the I-129. It is differnt when applying for a spousal visa, you child will get the benefits of a K-2.
