I have just worked for about 2 months this year. So I have made my brother-in-law as joint sponsor.

I have not submitted any employment letter etc during NVC. Do I need to show that I am working or provide employment letter/pay stubs during the interview stage. Please help

I have exactly same problem as your. I only worked 2 months this year. My current unemployment benefit just ran out today. I called CA customer service to request for federal extension.

I'm trying figure it out myself. Please let me know how thing play out without pay stubs or job during the interview process. I am a May filer so i'm pretty much behide you.

Good luck to us both.

if they ask than you need to show, My wife did show her with NVC and in embassy too.

If I don't get job before the interview, can it become a problem for my wife to clear her interview...thanks
