hi everybody !

I have some questions regarding package 3.

Am I going to send the copy of entire I-129F package to the embassy or take it w/ me to the interview ?

I am going to send original documents ( birth certificate, police certificate, I-134 and related documents ) to the embassy and bring copies w/ me to the interview right ?

do I need to send my 5x5 pics to the embassy now or do I bring them w/ me to the interview ?

hi everybody !

I have some questions regarding package 3.

Am I going to send the copy of entire I-129F package to the embassy or take it w/ me to the interview ? Take it with you to the interview. The consular officer will have your complete I-129F package, which was forwarded from USCIS via the National Visa Center (NVC). Also, if possible, bring originals of any evidence sent in the I-129F package, as the consular officer has the right to ask to see originals of any photocopied documents.

I am going to send original documents ( birth certificate, police certificate, I-134 and related documents ) to the embassy and bring copies w/ me to the interview right ? This is embassy-specific. Some embassies don't require you to send any documents before the interview. Follow the embassy's instructions; if you have to send originals, bring copies to the interview.

do I need to send my 5x5 pics to the embassy now or do I bring them w/ me to the interview ? Again, this is embassy-specific. Follow your embassy's Packet 3 instructions.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
