Filing Fee for I-765 incl. with I-485

Hi guys,

I know I have read this on I-485 & on this forum many time - - but I had to confirm before I send out my package:

Effective July 30, 2007, if you file Form I-485, no additional fee is required to also file an application for employment application on form I-765 and/or advance parole on form I-131. You may file these forms concurrently.

However in the I-765 form, What is the filing fee? - - ( c ) (9) which is the fiancée category is NOT MENTIONED for Initial EAD. It is mentioned however in Renewal EAD!

Can someone please please confirm - - is there additional fee I have to pay for 765 if filed concurrently with 485? Am I getting too stressed and stuck in details and can't read plain English?

Please help.

There is no filing fee when filing at the same time as I-485. ( c ) (9) is the correct code, and I remember finding that online because I couldn't find it in the instructions! there are a couple other things they ask for, so apart from the filing fee, treat the I-765 as a separate filing (so, separate passport photos). And make sure you have the most recent version of the form. (I'm only saying so because I screwed up my husband's that way!)

Well, I thought as much but I am still bummed by the fact that they don't say so on the EAD form itself!! Other docs for this application I am sending out are - a copy of my previous EAD, copy of I-94 and 2 passport pics.
