Yes..

you have to put all the forms and its separate docu requirements in one envelope and send it in the address shown in I-485 Instructions. You have to file it all together.

but do I attach supporting documents for each form separately in the envelope. For eg, all forms ask for color photos, so do i attach 2 photos to each form...
