Just got touched again today! I'm sooo nervous! Hopefully we get approved today

congrats to the touches and approvals!!!!! those of you still waiting I hope today is the day.

my case is STILL not at the NVC (NAO2 dec 16th)....getting really nervous, hoping that's its just the holiday slowdown.

Jenn is right, you have to talk to a real person. We've been calling NVC but got no answer until we spoke to a person and found out our case is on its way to the embassy.

we have the same NOA2 date and my case is still not at the NVC. I'm getting really nervous. I've been talking to a real person each time and they say I'm not in the system and that it takes 2 weeks to 90 days. makes me want to throw up. what if it got lost or something is wrong and I can't even do anything about it cause its within their timeline.

Our case still isn't showing at NVC yet either. Don't get nervous. It's probably the time of year. I wouldn't start sweating it until after the first of January. I'm leaving for England to see Johns family so I hope you all have a Happy Holiday and a good New Year.

Oh man! That makes me feel so much better...I mean it sucks of course that yours isn't showing up either, but I was worried because it seemed like such an anomaly based on other peoples time lines, so I was starting to imagine all kinds of stuff. Have a great trip!!! Happy Holidays

Well my NOA2 was on Dec 18 and I still havent got the hard copy yet! NVC says they need it to track it but I found that NVC shipped out a bunch of packages to the embassy on the 21st. you can check and see if yours is on there it may be at the embassy already. go to the DHL website track it by reference put in EXP 21 DEC 2009A

the origin postal code is 03801 and seee if your embassy comes up. I think mine is on there but I am waiting for my hardcopy of NOA1 to call NVC back! good luck everyone.

Do you not have your receipt number? If you got your NAO2 email, the receipt number should be in there. I think all they need is that number to be able to tell you whether they have your case and whats happening to it.

I'm confused about how you looked up the info on DHL where do I stick that reference number?

No more approvals till next week as they are closed today 12/25/2009 as per their website. Hope we get approved on Monday. Don't want those 2 touches to go to waste lol~

We actually didn't get a text or email when we got touched. We just checked the USCIS website to see that the "last updated" status date had changed.

Im glad to see they are not shutting down for the whole holidays... even though they have slowed down compared to last week.

Rosie! What a tease! 2 touches then a long weekend... I hope you get good news on Monday.

Matt made it here a few days ago, so Ive been happy to stay away from the computer and to take a break from thinking constantly about this NOA2. I really hope we get good news by the time he has to leave though.
