Wish me luck! I'm not sure if I'm going to make it out of the States today. My flight out of Tucson is already delayed 3hrs. If it's set back any further, I'll miss my connecting flight in Atlanta. I completely forgot that it snows in the rest of the hemisphere during this season. 25in forecast for D.C. I'm really worried.

Well I wake up thismorning check my email and nothing there then I look on here and see a few approvels so I go to USCIS website and the date has changed so I am thinking that I go touched. then I start to read the message and it say I was approved. I am so happy what a way to start the day!! but I never did get a email I checked the junk mail and trash and nothing I dont know why but who cares as long as I go approved!!! Good luck to the rest of you!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, if you don't have an RFE it will go straight to Post Decision Activity. Remember, this is the same website used for other visa types that are process solely in the US, so there are components to their process that we don't have. Our additional processing takes place at our respective embassy.

We really need to get everyone from september through the embassy stage before this possible fee increase takes place next year. Have a good weekend everyone...keep in mind to contact NVC next week to confirm your in/out status and get your NVC case number that you can use to contact DOS. Whoohoo!

Wow! I just looked at the numbers...26 for this week! We haven't had that much effort since October. It may be higher..some people are probably still sleeping or haven't updated yet.

Hi guys! Congratz for all the approvals this week. Im still waiting for mine and my noa1 is dated sept 10, 2009. I wonder what's going on with our application. Huhu =( im really getting frustrated already.

Where do u find the "touches". Is that the column where it says "last updated"? Coz mines says last updated 9/11/09.

Approved!!!! Mine came in at 1am Saturday morning by email, saying it was approved on 12/18. Never got the text, even though I'm signed up. Sign up for both!

This is such a relief. A took a gamble by not taking VJ advice and didn't not have original signatures on it, because that would've delayed things. I had andrea sign with a heavy ink pen and use a high resolution scanner. It worked!

Anyone know what I should expect for the earliest interview date? About 6 weeks? 8 weeks?

Congrats to everyone else, and if you didn't received it and are still waiting, go directly to USCIS.gov and check.

Yes, that is correct. The last updated date will change and that's what people here refer to as a "touch"

Ours was Sept. 23 until the day it was approved.
