Did they just SKIP September 14th or something?!!??!?!?!?! I know I'm usually all "patience is a virtue", and trust me when I say I'm trying to remember this fact, but it's getting harder to.

Congrats to the approvals, though!!! :D

Wow what a Day!!!!!! first I cant get on VJ this morning so then I go to post office to mail my fience her christmas present then wash the car and stop at walmart. I get home there is a email from VJ I almost ###### my self till I realize it is about the website being down this morning then I log on here and see all of this activitie Yea for everyone!!! next I will check USCIS website wish me good luck!!

btw I just checked uscis.gov just for the heck of it and guess what!!!!! They touched us today, 12/16!!! YAY!! yesterday they touched us last on 9/21...I can't believe it! I'm going to pass out from the excitement :DCSC is actually moving along!!

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade...but has anyone else seen this load of horse ####?

They are going to increase the visa processing fee to $350! And it won't be grandfathered in for those of us already in the queue. This is ridiculous... :protest::ranting::dead::help:

For the 9/14 NOA1 peolpe try not to worry to much. I know it is easyer to say that than to do it. maybe someone has your box at home or you could be on the bottom of the box they are working on you know last in first out and first in last out. I am a 9/24 person and so far I see approvals up to 9/22 and 9/23 so keep up the good work the rest of us are counting on you CSC merry christmas

Yes, as long as they keep at it, we'll be seeing the gaps between the existing approval dates fill up. :)

About 30% of September is approved already... it will go very fast if we get more days like yesterday!

From what I read and understood of that it wont go in effect until June 7th, 2010. As long as you have your interview before that, you should be fine!!!
