i just checked and my file was touched again today on the 8th!!! but no updates yet.

yes, unfortunately, i forgot to check the box regarding criminal records. :bonk:

my file was touched yesterday on the 7th, but no updates yet. i think the RFE is coming. if is it really an RFE, does the status update later or should it be delayed?

If you get an RFE, once they mail it your status will change to "request for evidence" if you approved it will change to "Post decision activity." Hang in there...why do you think RFE? Did you miss something in the original petition file?

Ahhhhhh....that is an iffy one. I have heard of sometimes it is not a problem and others get RFE. Let us know what happens either way. :blink:

Speaking of weather..I thought I'd add my two cents in..melbourne was raining yesterday and super cold..its supposed to be Summer! grrr

I am work at the moment trying to refrain from checking the various visa websites..

we need good news soon!

I hear you! I thought I would be checking more than ever, as we should be getting closer to an approval, but it's honestly the opposite. I hardly even check Igor's list.

Im giving up all hope.

... And I cant believe I cant find anybody who wants to fight?!? :ranting:

Im feeling very belligerent. And nobody will humor me.

Do you think the "holiday season" slows the CSC down any? Three months to NOA2 seems a lot better than their 5 month "processing time" that the government talks about. Gives me hope in the new year.

I can't wait to see more of the Sept 2009 CSC filers get their NOA2's because that will mean my petition is getting closer to adjudication!
