Our petition was last touched on Sept. 21, then nothing, apparently it's been forgotten on some desk to collect dust. how can we expect to receive anything any soon, if nobody even touches it? :crying:

I dont think it's on a desk collecting dust. I think it's in a storage box, dying to get out!

Dont worry. My last touch was on the 23rd of September, the day my cheque was cashed. And probably when my file was put in storage. We might never get another touch until our case is approved.

But its good to hear that some people are getting touches. Its a sign of life at CSC.

I'm an October filer, and mine was touched the day after I got our NOA1. I think they were just moving it from one desk to another :D honestly, I have no clue why, but it was scanned and probably put at the bottom of the pile.

The NOA2's will come! or RFE's will come ... eventually. :blink:

Mine was also touched in OCT, but that was due to an address change that I submitted online. Is it possible that you did something like that to cause the touch?

We also haven't been touched since the first intial touch on 9/21/2009. We are going crazy checking several times everyday now. I want him back here with me right now!!!! :(

11/26/2012 - 10 year Green Card received today! WE ARE FINALLY DONE! :D

i'm so excited and a little worried...

i checked their website this morning, the first and only touched on was 09/03, then i checked it again couple of minutes ago and now it was updated to 12/03. But i haven't received any email nor text message yet... i'm so worried! sorry people if I'm over-reacting - of course we are all excited to get our NOA2 asap. hope to get it by end of today or else, i will be more worried about it :blink:

btw, i've already adjusted our planned wedding date because of the delayed of processing our papers.

Thanks so much! I can hardly type I am so happy. I checked the USCIS website every 20 minutes today....so terrible. At 7pm I knew they must be closed so i gave up for the day and left work. And then BAM! My phone goes off..hahaha
