what is going on? why it looks like the process/approval is getting slower lately :(

Slower? looks more like at a standstill to me! :ranting:

Well, not that I don't want my NOA2 NOW, but at least we saw from August that once they start working on a particular month, they can practically go through it within 2 weeks. And we havent reached our predicted window yet.

So I'm trying to be zen about it... I'm confident it's coming very soon!!

They have to be working on some other types of visas. When you search for K3s and CR1s etc., they havent gotten approvals either. I even had a peek at VSC (I had stopped doing that a while ago), and they're not really getting approvals either.

Stay positive and let us know if you see touches!!! I say it's the calm before the storm.

I haven't been in any sort of rush to get the NOA2 but it's nice to know they are being processed even if what they are working on isn't mine :) Yesterday was the first day I had actually logged on to the USCIS website for quite a while. I had to put the password in twice (whoops i forgot what it was!) because it had been so long. I do think that our little window that we've been given may very well pass. I suppose for John and I it just means that he won't have to hold on to the packet 3 for as long as we thought. We are trying to plan the timing of the interview/approval with the fact he wants to get here shortly after the visa is approved but not too long before we plan on having the wedding. I'm telling ya for all the planning we are all having to do we deserve a big cookie!

NOOOO!!! Don't say it!! lol :P

Everyday I try to visualise a happy officer going for the storage box and grabbing my file! :D

HA! You have this little meditation/mantra thing going on! I'm sure it won't be long now before one of those nice people in their cubes have a box labled Kizza :)I just wish SOMEONE from Sept would get approved already. There will be a flurry of emails when it happens. I'm excited for whoever that first person is!

seriously... but at the same time, since nobody is getting approved, Im managing to finally relax. I know it will happen, it's a matter of days, and Ive stressed so much about this since the beginning, because of little issues with my case, that I dont think I have it in me to worry anymore - for a while. I cant wait for somebody, anybody from september to get approved. I will be so excited!! but I know I'll start worrying again that my file will slip through the cracks. I'm realising I'm a worrywart. boohoo.

I always take a second to look at the number of applications under the "view national volumes and trends" link...

I never look at that... hmmm... here's something new to start checking compulsively.

Good God man! You are getting her started on something else now! I'm glad I'm not one of the ones who checks that stupid website all the time. I will admit I do check on here to see if anyone has been processed but because I've read so many things that people say they never even received an update on the USCIS website I very rarely check it. I figure if it happens to update and I get an email I'll know then! It's hard to believe it's nearly Thanksgiving already and that it's been 2 months since we submitted the application to begin with. I'm glad John is here with me for now. It would be great if we could get the NOA2 before we are apart again...we have till the 3rd of January that way! I'll will be uber excited if we could get it before then.

Haha! No, I actually dont really look at the USCIS site either. It's always been a b*tch for me to log on and like you, I figure I'll get the email if it gets updated.

Lately, I dont even check my emails at night anymore. I figure it wont change anything if I find out I was approved the next morning instead of the evening, and if we did get approved, it would just be impossible to sleep for Id be too excited. I'm zen, I tell you, zen!! haha!

yeah that is odd & interesting... If the lack of approvals continues for a while, I might have to start stalking that page indeed, cos Igors list is way boring these days.

Are these data only about 129F or all visas? I wonder if they started massively working on a different type because of a seasonal thing...

all visa's ... you can track every different visa that's available, both at CSC and VSC... not the best stats but still one more thing to look at

not since I started watching it. Ive seen slow weeks but not that slow.

So it says that at CSC, no visa whatsoever - from any class - has been approved from September applicants??

Just for validation purposes, does it say the sae thing for VSC?

it says that there have been 0 applicants let alone approvals, now we all know that that is false... and that's both CSC and VSC .... so I'm wondering if they aren't updating it or something... I actually have no clue... I just want my stupid NOA2 already!!

ah... right. So like you're saying, they're either updating the system/site/something, or it's a glitch.

If the system is f***** up, maybe we're already approved and we don't know it!!

when I logged on it said JAYMIE DONT BOTHER LOOKING! HAHAHAHA!

no but really every visa in both the CSC and VSC are listed as 0 so they must be updating something. When that page comes up I usally don't even bother looking at it because I dont want to know that 500000 people sent in their visa applications the same time I did LOL. I would prefer to believe that the few of us on here are the ONLY september visa applications so there's absolutely no reason it should take much longer :) That's my story and I'm stickin to it!
