I am getting ready to move back to the states...what do I need to have my husband (UKC) complete before I leave...is it just his G-325a?

I was reading the instructions and was confused...is there anything in this stage that has to be orignals or is it all just photo copies?

Worse case scenerio...can I use a scanned copy and print it out if I forget to get it from my hubby before I leave?

Also...I dont send anything such as photos or proof of relationship this time?

Lastly...if I lived in the UK for less than 1 year...do I put that down with address history...I seen that it said if you lived outside of country for more than a year.

I am nervous and afraid that I am going to do something wrong = (

Thanks in advance!!!

If you have lived in the UK legally for 6 months, you can file via DCF. You might want to look into that.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Yes, definately look in to filing DCF before you leave.

Also have him complete the DS-230 (he only signs part 1 - he will sign part 2 at the interview)

For the I-130 copies are fine - you will send orginals with the DS-230. Scanned copies are fine for the I-130 if you forget something.

Yes, you need to send proof of your relationship with the I-130, it's stated in the instructions. See page 2 of the instructions, under the heading "What Documents Do You Need to Prove Family Relationship"?

I'm not sure where you are saying that you see the 'lived outside of the country for more than a year"? So can't help with that one.

My best advice would be to take a deep breath and relax a bit - and re-read all the instructions. Also take a look at the Guides here (link at the top of this page).

I have only lived here for about 16 weeks and now I am 15 weeks pregnant. Hubby doesnt want to live with my mom to file DCF and I dont want to have baby over here. Hubby doesnt have family here and so we are pretty much alone over here and I am extremely homesick. If I did do DCF...could I travel to US for say a month before the 6 months and still qualify for the 6 month rule?

My husband and I do not have joint accounts and he did not have me on the lease in our house in the UK...how many affidavits would be acceptable?

Thanks!!

Is there a certain form to use for the affadavit to prove that relationship is bonafide? I couldn't locate one on the USCIS website other than the one for the I-864.

When we sent our I-130 package, we didn't send any original documents. We sent certified true photocopies of originals. I believe the originals will be sent to NVC once your petition is approved and photos and other proofs of bonafide relationship will be presented during interview.
