here goes.. I wont EVER get to be with my Bingo ... never ever never never ever!.

Friday July 7th. the ISL embassy tried to issue the visa. and it Triggered not just ONE security check

but 4 of them byches. we already knows it takes 4 months + to clear a security check.

I guess we wont be togeather for the christmas holidays coz, 4 months from now is < nov>.

I did not tell Javed yet. this is gonna crush him. I know its crushing me.

but I am not gonna cry. not gonna cry noooo I cant cry..

I have contacted my congressman to get update from the embassy. they like alwats are failing

to respond. so she is resending an e mail to them..

OMG shonnie!!!! What the &*^%$ is up with checks again???? Something has to be wrong!!!

Don't say you will never be with your Bingo girl!!! You fight them!!!

Contact your senators and congressman to make an inquiry as to why you have to keep going through these checks. Keep on them to get answers for you. Also contact Washington.

I know when i had our 8 months or so of AR, we went round & round with checks. it wasnt until i lost all my marbles and called EVERYONE. I am not talking about st00pid congressmen & senators while they can help in *certain* instances. I also do not believe this will be cleared up in a few weeks if no one intervenes. This is just rediculous.

If "stoopid" congressmen aren't who she should call, then who? If I were in her shoes right now telling me to "google" wouldn't do me much good. Since you said you've been there... why not offer a little more information?

I didnt mean for it to appear to do her own research and she's on her own. I have chatted with her a number of times and provided her with information I know. None of its a secret, Im just saying better contacts are out there if you know where to look and who to apeal to. She knows I google, and I am pretty sure most others use it too !

Let me clarify my comment about congressmen/senators. I feel they are a great help again, in some areas. Probably not much help in this one. Getting a canned response from anyone would tell you that you're not talking to the right people.

I was asking for the sake of those to follow on VJ who may one day incur such a situation (god forbid)... posting the information for the reference of others...

First of all Shon, I feel for you and can some what understand what you're going through... At least you had your interview.... Ours hasn't left for consulate STILL.... My fiance has been on background check since last May (2005)...

I have contacted my congresswoman and senator and was told they can't do anything.. they wrote and called NVC and FBI but no answer... just have to wait....

So lal, could you tell me where to look to get help. I could use some help very much... I'm so hopeless and frustrated that I can't even put in words.
