Help needed with SMART SIM reloading?

My wife sheryl bought a SMART PINOY SIM CARD on ebay and the card is working perfect.

Can anyone please help me and tell me how she can reload and pay online with charge card, she has her philippines phone number issue by smart. thank u so much, any input will be appreciated, abby n sheryl

is it for roaming services? so her friends and relatives can send her text message for only P1.00? i actually have no idea how to reload online. When i was abroad, i activated my roaming (smart #) 1 hour before my flight and my mother would just load it every 2 months to keep it active.. you can visit smart website for more infos.

Hi Abby, Yes Sherly need to reload her roaming sim so, it will keep activated. Her family in the Philippines can send her load thru text. We called here a Auto load. Her family can her 100 or 300 pesos and it can be use for 2 months just to keep maintain her sim activated

she brought her phone from philippines, we are trying to buy the load here in usa, she talks to her family almost 6 hours a day on skype, she is trying to reach her old friends in philippines via her old phone number, BTW we do send money to her family bcz it is my family too. abby n sheryl

Its just a piece of cake Abby. Just ask her family to load her up from a loading station here in the Philippines and the load will be delivered to her cel number. No online purchase or whatsover.

What happen to her Globe number? that was the number Sheryl was using to SMS me.

I bought a Smart Buddy card while I was there and turned on roaming before I left. It was my understanding that IT would receive incoming texts for free forever whether loaded or not? Am I wrong? AT&T only charges me .10 cents per txt to her so I receive on the Smart and send on my cell account. If I need to load though, I'd just ask her to send some of hers to my phone. They do that with eachother there all the time. I'd load mine, she'd steal it..LOL If ur already sending the family money, that would be the easiest way. They load their phone and send her some of it
