Got the email last night when I got home from work, case forwarded to the embassy in Manila, interview Nov. 4 at 6:30 AM! This after calling on Wednesday and getting "second week in October," blah blah blah, "call back Oct. 16" from a very snippy operator. Lots of Manila interviews being scheduled it seems, is it due to the embassy having open slots, or did calling on Wednesday actually help in some way? We only got case completed on the 21st, and got our interview date on the 25th, one week after login failed.

Wow, that's great Pseith! Congrat and best of luck on the interview but.....

08-17-2009 : Provided both emails to NVC for DS3032

08-19-2009 : Received email packages from NVC / 08-20-2009 : Pay AOS fee $70 (Online)

08-20-2009 : DS-3032 sign/scan and emailed

08-21-2009 : AOS Payment Accepted/Paid on NVC

08-22-2009 : I-864(AOS) Sent to NVC

08-26-2009 : NVC AVRS confirm received AOS package

08-28-2009 : NVC received the Choice of Agent DS-3032 (No confirm email)

08-28-2009 : Pay IV Application Fee $400 (Online and processing...)

my case was completed last sept 4,2009 and they the nvc said i have to wait 8 weeks for further instruction.i just hope it wont take that long....

We are now waiting in our 10th week for an interview date. Completed our case in July.

I could not stand that, I hope you get interview date soon.

I pray we here soon for CR1 interview date or from the embassy on the K3 interview. We need to figure out what we are doing , and if he needs to return to Algeria. Lots of prays being said, not to mention worry and stress, UGH!!!

How ya feeling Beth??? I know you been under the weather! Hopefully they can give you an answer in the next day or so... Have you tried contacting the embassy again???

For all of you awaiting an interview, have you been calling the NVC to find out if an interview date has been schduled in November for ya?

So far I call and nothing. I've been calling daily since last week and today the lady said...."Since your last call no interview has been scheduled and to call back the 3rd week of Oct." Anyhow, does that mean they keep track of then I call? Just curious. I've ran outa reasons to call other then straight out ask if I have an interview scheduled.

I am sure the NVC is sick of me. Oh well.....

We are now @ the last stretch. My hubby called me sat morning from work saying that we got an e-mail from NVC but he couldn't open the attachment because he was attending to some patients. So i checked my email and i saw NVC letter head "CVR appt. letter. I was so so so excited! I wish the rest of us who are still waiting to get an interview date best of luck!

No news from Paris embassy on K3, damn , what is their problem? Emailed them once and faxed twice now, UGH!!!

Im already looking into hotels in Algiers for just in case.

so what did the nvc said paris ?

So what does this mean for you guys??? Will France give him an extension or do you have to change the file for Algeria????
