Hi guys....

Can I play too? I've been done with NVC since August 12 and so far? Bupkas.... and as far as the Canadian consulate in Montreal goes, well... looks like I'll be rotting here in Canada while we wait and wait and wait...

USCIS

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

People, how can you get your medical done if you have not received the packet with instructions?

Sunflower, you can't get the Medical done until you have an interview date. It's frustrating for us all, we'd all like to clear that hurdle first and know there is just the interview after that. But they need proof of an impending interview for the medical to be done. We are all stuck in wait mode now until early October.

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

Wishing, hoping, wanting and most of all praying the NVC issues interview dates for Nov next week. Think we'll have to wait until the week of the Oct 5th though :crying:

I prefer the "ITS THE WEEKEND /HUBBY AND I GOING AWAY CLUB" that is the club I long for.

Today the hubby "realized" that he needed me to send him something in the package I just mailed off to him.... But the key here is I already mailed it after asking him if he needed anything else and he said NO.... So today I would choose an ACTUAL club to knock him upside the head with!!! :jest:

Citizenship Process;

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

bcoz i received same letter from NVC.

My wife was able to obtain the Passport PCC from Ahmadabad Passport office with the missing letter. They said it will arrive in 3-4 working days

09-12-2011 : Packet Arrived CSC (delayed from labor day long weekend)

09-14-2011 : Check Cashed

09-14-2011 : NOA1 dated 09-12-2011

09-19-2011 : Early walk-in Biometrics completed (Original date 10/03/2011)

02-07-2012 : Green Card Approved

02-11-2012 : Green Card Received

Citizenship

09-07-2012 : Mailed N-400 package

09-10-2012 : N-400 Package delivered

09-13-2012 : Check cashed, email and text received with case number

09-14-2012 : Biometrics letter mailed

09-15-2012 : NOA received dated 09-10

I faxed them 2 days ago, no word yet from them. Will call them next week if needed!

I might call NVC today and just ask for a October interview, what can it hurt???? I emailed NVC but no response, not surprised there, LOL. UGH!!!!

im gonna join you ! my case was complete on september 12 ,and im waiting from interview letter ! i was trying to call nvc but the line is busy ! i think there is no need to call again , ill recall in october
