Hello, I'm very confused and can't believe I don't know this.... but where do I send the I-129F after receiving the I-797C for I-130 K3? I understand that your suppose to send it to where your pending case is underlying, but where. There is address at the bottom:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 30111

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0111

Do I send it to this address? To the address on the I-129F instructions? The Chicago Lockbox?

Is there a Notice of Transfer that I have to wait for as listed in the steps for K3?

thank you

You send it to the address listed on your Notice of Action.

Only if you haven't been advised to not send it at all. K3 is a virtually obsolete visa and has been for a couple years. It no longer saves time but does cost a lot more money and force an additional immigration process after US entry. Be smart and just follow the CR1 visa path unless you have a special circumstance. Are there children involved for which you failed to file an I-130?

What you got was a receipt notice for an I-130 petition, not an NOA1 for a K3 visa.

That is what I am finding out now about the K3. Went this direction on the advise from ever Lawyer i spoke too (it seems they go the K3 route no matter what). I also do have special circumstances for sticking with the K3. No children involved that are coming to the US, her child lives with her ex. I filed the I-130 and today sent the I-129f for the K3 visa process.
