I'm thinking about this far enough in advance that it should probably be outlawed, but I guess I like having all of my ducks in a row.

Okay, so I'm currently working on getting the K-1, and that's all fine and dandy, but where my question here lies is with AOS after we're married. Currently, I'm living with my parents and attending community college, but I'm planning to transfer to a 4 year university shortly after our wedding... well, this is, of course, if timing is favorable with K-1, but I can't see it taking so long that we won't be able to get married when we're planning, which is July 31st, 2010. Anyways, my question is whether this is a good idea or not, considering the fact that the school I'm transferring to is in another city -- meaning we'd be moving out of where I'm at now and to this new city.

I guess I'm just not sure if immigration wouldn't like that, or how we'd go about getting it all switched to the new address, or of I should just stay put until he gets his green card.

Thank you in advance (especially if you could understand my rambling...) :star:

You are allowed to live anywhere you want. Immigration doesn't care where you live, as long as the immigrant notifies them within 10 days of change of address. You can change your address with CIS by using the online form.
