Quick G-325A question

At the bottom of form G-325A it says:

Applicant: print your name and Alien Registration number in the box outlined by heavy border below.

Does the petitionor have to complete that or is it just for the beneficary to fill out.

On the example forms it only for the beneficary not the petitionor

That would depend on what its for. If its for a K-1, you need to fill out a G-325a for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary. They are technically supposed to be filled out by the person who is petitioning you, but it doesn't really matter. If it is for a visa and not for AOS, then you won't have an alien registration number yet, so you would just put "none."

The G-325A is for the petitioner and the beneficiary, both must have one filled out.

Also, the new form is only 1 page - used to auto fill 4 as you need to send 4 copies.

There is some discussion about the form having been changed, in the IR1/CR1 forum, as it is confusing now, since it doesn't present 4 identical forms to you, does this mean they now only want 1 copy or do they still want the 4.

If you check out the instructions page for the G-325A it still states it is 4 pages.

So I would recommend that you fill in and get 4 copies for each of you and submit that.
