Hi,

My brother is going to Co-sponsor my petition, I have just noticed that

he filed his taxes with his wife, will I need his income proofs along with his as well ?

Ex. Job Letter, previous years taxes, paystubs, etc....

Thanks for your help.

12-28-08: Married in Mumbai

USCIS CALIFORNIA Journey: ---- 126 DAYS--------

5-12-09: Mailed I-130-CR1 Visa (5 months after my marriage)

5-14-09: I-130 USCIS received ( 2 days later)

5-19-09: NOA1 completed date; mailed to me ( 5 days later )

9-19-09: NOA2 completed date; mailed to me (123 days= 4m)

9-22-09: NOA2 Received NVC not in system yet ( 3 days later )

NVC Journey: ------ 32 Days --------

(41.6% in 9 days)

(75% in 28 days)

(100% in 32 days)

10-06-09: NVC Loaded in the system ( 19 days later)

10-06-09: Received (Via E-mail) DS-3032 / I-864 Bill - (same day)

10-09-09: Pay I-864 Bill ( 2 days ) Expected holiday delays

10-15-09: Payment received $70, debited from bank acc.(6 days later)

10-20-09: Receive I-864 Package

10-21-09: Return Completed I-864

10-10-09: Return Completed DS-3032 email & mail ( 2 days )

10-30-09: Receive IV Bill $400

11-02-09: Pay Bill

11-06-09: Receive Instruction Package

11-07-09: Case Complete

11-07-09: Receive Instruction Package

11-08-09: Case Completed at NVC

11-08-09: NVC Left
