Hi Everyone,

Please enlighten me, I am confuse on how should I count the no. of our household.

I am petitioning my wife and mom at the same time (separate I-130).

Somebody told me that the no. of household that I should count is 3 for (me, mom and wife). But some also says that it should only be 2. (me and my wife for wife's I-864) and (me and my mom for mom's I-864). This is because both of them are not yet an LPR.

Does anyone here had petitioned 2 beneficiaries at the same time? (separate I-130). How did you fill up the I-864 no. of household part?

For those who gave suggestions already, please dont be offended.. The advises that you had given are helpful but there were just some conflicts on different views. I just wanna make sure that I am doing the right thing.

2009-19-06: NOA1 receipt date

2009-22-06: Received NOA1 (hard copy)

2009-10-11: LOG-IN FAILED!!!! YAHOO!!!!!

2009-12-11: CASE COMPLETE!!!!

2009-13-11: Receive interview appointment via e-mail

2009-14-12: INTERVIEW DATE!!!! - APPROVED!!!

Hi, thanks for your comment. How should I count it in the form? the part 5 questions confuses me. it only says about sponsoring who is NOW an LPR. Please advise.
