Hey everyone. I'm (US citizen spouse) about to send our I-751 (removal of conditions) packet for my wife and I. Our checklist is as follows:

-I-751 Cover Letter

-Payment for the I-751 fees: $465 filing fee + $80 biometrics fee = $545.00 written on our check

-A photocopy of my wife's green card (front and back)

Evidence of a bonafide relationship:

-A copy of our tax statements (form 1040 & form 40) for the year 2008, which we filed jointly

-Copies of our recent bank statements (biannual statements from 2008 & 2009 from 2 banks--total of 3 statements from each bank), showing joint ownership

-A copy of the preliminary title on our new house purchase (ongoing), showing joint ownership

-A copy of our car insurance which shows our names on it as insured

-A letter from my parents saying that we (my wife and I) still currently live at their home address (as we are students and in the process of purchasing a new house) as they pay for our utilities and rent

-Copies of our recent cellular mobile bills, showing joint ownership

-Copies of airline & hotel reservations that we took for a vacation in 2008 & 2009

-Photos (probably around 7-10) of family gatherings and events in 2008 to most recent

I live in Oregon. I am going to use USPS (express w/ signature confirmation) and send it to the USCIS California Center, P.O. Box 10751, Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075 address. I will label the envelope (like I did for the I-129F & I-485) with "I-751: ORIGINAL SUBMISSION." Anything else I am missing?

Thank you, everyone!

Oh, I forgot to mention that I hope we have enough "evidence" of what USCIS is looking for. My wife and I do not have children nor own a house yet, but we are in the process of purchasing one. The car that we have is the car that I have been driving for quite a few years, which is still registered under my father's name (from way back), but my wife is insured on our insurance. We are also in the process of getting health coverage (insurance) after our new house is completed. I was thinking about sworn affidavits from my father and brother (not sure if "family members" would work?). Hopefully this is deemed sufficient.
