Yesterday while i were going on the way to Countryside and i got my husband messages, he said our CR1 approved although it is still not update on uscis website now. He got both letter approved of K3 and CR1 , and we wil follow with CR1. So what next we will do ?

Im very happy cause finally i will have other chance for our family get together,really happy. I never forget all your helping last time !!! Thanks !

INTERVIEW : JAN 21-2010- GOT PINK

VISA IN HAND : FEB 4,2010

MOVED TO USA : FEB 6,2010

10 YEARS GC IN HAND : MARCH 13,2010

Congrats...

Next step is the NVC process...that will go by quickly, but then it's on to the treacherous stop at the HCMC Consulate for medical exam and interview.

08/13/2008 I-130 approved

| Waited until we were ready to move back

07/13/2009 IV interview at Tokyo, Japan

07/15/2009 IV(IR-1) in hand

Post-DCF

07/29/2009 POE at Las Vegas

08/17/2009 GC(10yrs) received

- naturalization in May 2012 or

- GC replacement in February 2019

It won't take that long before your case is sent to NVC - I'd say 2 weeks, but no more than a month. Once NVC receives it, they'll assign a case number (HCM Number).

Please update your timeline.... :)
