Im in K1 visa but just got married last Sept. 4,anyway i am just confused about if i needed to change my address,

we are currently renting a house and the old address that we used to file for my K1 visa was his mom physical and mailing address

which is just a 2 mins. drive away from our new house, and they had same mailing address (P.O BOX) thats why everytime we had a mail her mom go to our new house and drop all our mails etc. The thing is my husband was offered a Job in another State and we were thinking to move there someday, and i am just worried

about keep on changing our Address everytime we move to another place because we might not be in the same house or we probably moved before they sent me a mail or something,my question is it ok to keep my mom in law address (its her own house anyway)which is she can able to give or send us every mails that she got or do i really need to file AR-11 form everytime we move? Thanks in advance....

The law states that every person must update USCIS within 10 days of moving. AR 11 can be done online and takes very little time. Why wouldn't you want them to have your new address.

And what if they decide to pay a surprise visit to see if you are legitimate

It's not that i dont want them to know about my new address i just thought it would be ok to use the same mailing address that his mom had since our house is not that far from his mom house, but if its really needed to update the USCIS every time we move then i should do that then, sorry i didn't know thats why i asked.

Thanks again.

right now you don't have a problem yet because you can still use the same address you used in your K1 application (your mom-in-law's address as your mailing address) , and you haven't really moved out of state or anywhere anyway.

but when you do though, that's the time to inform uscis w/in 10 days as they require
