NOA1 received - some questions

So I got the I-751 receipt notice, but when I try to add the receipt # to my portfolio on USCIS case status online, it

says that it's invalid. Does it take awhile before it's updated online? The receipt date is 9/15/09 and only 3 business days have

passed. Maybe it needs to be entered or updated in their system to start showing on the website?

Also, it says "If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the conditional basis of your permanent residence." Then it gives a list of documents to prove relationship. But I've already sent all this stuff with the petition. I guess I don't have to send them again, right?

Thanks,

Dayna

It's none of those things - when removing/lifting conditions - the receipt number on the NOA1 is not the actual case number and is not trackable on the USCIS site - it is (or will be) the NOA for the biometrics appointment that you will use to track your case.

Also, it says "If you have not already done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the conditional basis of your permanent residence." Then it gives a list of documents to prove relationship. But I've already sent all this stuff with the petition.
