I did file for divorce didnt send in completition paper I have 2 years I thought we would work out but he still flirts with women, he and my teenage boys dont get along he said he dont look at them as his family and dont care for them. We dont have children together, and I have turned in emails from him to other females and his postings on the single lines. When he moved he has never informed USCIS about change of address, and now he lives in apartments that are 10 mins away from me, so we have been married 3years and actually lived together 8months off and on. This time I put him out because of the problems in the home"

What are you asking? From your other post it sounds like you should have dumped him a long time ago.

yes, with all that I have done it seems like nothing is happening to him. I turned in emails, pics with him on the single lines I told them after receiving his work permit he was out the door moving to texas nothing seem to work I thought maybe if they see he has moved over and over without doing a change of address he will finally get into trouble. This is 1 reason why his attonery let him go he moved to NY but would not do a change of address then she saw his profile stating he was single she said no she was not going to be apart of this

Hi, if he received a 1 year extention letter, then he did file for removal of conditions.
