I noticed a few people sent that they have a joint bank account with their husband or wife as bonafide marriage evidence.

How would i open a joint account if my husband is not in the U.S.? I went to chase bank were i currently have an account to add him and they said he has to be here to add him and that all banks are the same. Can someone give me advice on what to do? Or maybe a bank they know of.

Beacuse i really dont have much evidence only pictures and communication records!!!

Ask for a ITF {In Trust For} account at banks in your area. No need his signature, presence or SSN. I did so for my wife when she was still in the Philippines.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

When I sent my I-130 package, the only thing I sent to bonifide our marriage was our wedding certificate and copies of our honeymoon itinerary, with flight info, and it included both of our names.

I have a question:

My I129f petition has been approved. My original Birth Certificate is in USA with my Wife, I have my Police Certificate with me; also sent her a copy; finally we didn't buy out Marriage Certification from the state capital, 3 weeks after the wedding, we stuck with the certificate and licence (stamped) that the judge gave back to us on the day.

Prior to having my interview in London, when NVC get in contact, with it be possible form my wife to send my birth certification and ALL the original documents we received from the judge, on the day off the wedding, to the NVC for them to send the whole package to the London USA embassy, so when I have my Interview in London, I take with me the rest the documents, resulting in them already having my birth certificate, wedding documents etc with them and they give them back to me after the interview?

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.
