2006-07-15: Received DS-230 Form

We have been going through this process for a long time, so I won't even add when our case number was assigned as it might look depressing to some. A co sponsor held us up for nearly 7 months, but we are now back in the running. Filed for CR-1, London, case completed at NVC May 17, 2006.

8/18/05 received NOA!!

9/9/05 I-130 APPROVED!!

2/13/06 CASE COMPLETE per NVC - got letter on 2/25/06

3/28/06 - INTERVIEW SCHEDULED FOR 5/2/06 @ 10:30 A.M.

Medical scheduled for 4/10/06 - everything went great!!

5/2/06 - INTERVIEW - APPROVED !!

5/20/06 - Crash came home to NY for good!!

3/24/08 sent in petition to VSC

3/25/08 FedEx confirmed-package received

3/28/08 check cleared bank

3/31/08 received NOA1-extension (dated 3/25/08)!!

4/7/08 received NOA2-biometrics appt (dated 4/3/08)!

I could not find any packages going to Tashkent, Uzbkestan though. Accoording to NVC the case has been sent to Tashkent on May 15th. but I quess it has not been actually sent yet or they are using some other references.

Adding timandbethanie....congrats on case complete :thumbs: what a relief for you guys. I have put in the case assigned date despite the hold up because of the co-sponsor, otherwise cannot calculate the days which is primarily what this list is all about. Im sure members will refer to your timeline re the RFE.

doodles...there is no info in your timeline or in your sig for me to know other relevent info such as country. If you can let me know, I can then add you.

crashandcari....lol good to know crash is no longer confused about his sexuality :thumbs: I wont add the date though considering a visa was in hand earlier despite having to be reissued.

There is often a delay in when they actually mail it....here is mine....

04-11-2006 Automated Phone Service states case mailed to Embassy

04-14-2006 Date they actually mailed it to Embassy via DHL

Lorelle his interview was a success he was told to pick up the visa on Monday will let you know when visa is hand!

NOA #1 - March 23rd, 2004

Interview- May 18th, 2006 (Success !)

Arrived in the US - May 27, 2006 (our IR-1 visa journey was 2 years and 2 months long)

Wedding - June 17th, 2006

It's a Girl ! Baby Hana's expected due date - March 30th, 2007

Thanks Aussie, it is a great relief to be back in the game after such a long time, now I just have to get to know the new faces here.

So now I wait for the NVC to tell me they have forwarded the case to London? I looked on DHL last night and saw that a shipment had went out just yesterday, any such luck we might be in that one or is it to soon? I used to feel like I was up on the latest info and what was next on the agenda, but with such a long break not only did I not want to keep up but have forgotten half of what I need to know! :wacko:
