July 22 2005- Cebu for a visit

Aug 2 2005- Went home :( he went back to Iran)

2/14/06- Recv'd DS-3032/ I-864 Fee

2/15/06 - Mailed $70

2/27/06 - Emailed DS-3032

3/16/06 - Recv'd IV Bill

3/20/06 - Mailed $380

4/20/06 - Mailed I-864

4/21/06 - Mailed DS230 WOOHOO Come on NVC be quick about it...please??!

4/24/06 - NVC Recv'd I-864 and DS230

5/1/06 - Case Complete....... placed on Admin Processing

5/10/06 - CASE COMPLETE THANK YOU LORD!

5/12/06 - Case is on its way to Ankara!!! woohoo!!

5/16/06 - Delivered case to Ankara!!

6/6/06 - Interview!!!

7/27/06 - Ali's Birthday.....FBI CHECKS DONE!!

8/9/06 - VISA IN HAND WOOOT WOOT

8/18/05 received NOA!!

9/9/05 I-130 APPROVED!!

2/13/06 CASE COMPLETE per NVC - got letter on 2/25/06

3/28/06 - INTERVIEW SCHEDULED FOR 5/2/06 @ 10:30 A.M.

Medical scheduled for 4/10/06 - everything went great!!

5/2/06 - INTERVIEW - APPROVED !!

5/20/06 - Crash came home to NY for good!!

3/25/08 FedEx confirmed-package received

3/28/08 check cleared bank

3/31/08 received NOA1-extension (dated 3/25/08)!!

Here is my timeline so far:

I-130 Priority Date: Jan 26, 2004

CASE ASSIGNED by NVC: March 3, 2006

NVC AOS and IV Bill Recv'd: March 21, 2006 - sent the same day

AOS and DS230 forms Recv'd: April 14, 2006

AOS form sent to NVC: April 14, 2006

DS230 form sent to NVC: April 24, 2006

Case Complete: May 10, 2006

Case Forwarded to Tashkent, Uzbekistan Embassy: May 15, 2006

I was wondering how did you guys get the DHL tracking#? I've called NVC and was told that they don't have that information.
