Waiting for NVC and Interview

It kind is unfair that the K visas have interviews sooner. But I have heard alot of complaints about interviews that the consulars are bad about getting them done. Alot have to get their represenatives involved. I just called the NVC and talked to a really nice operator (not snatty rude and attuide) like the others they just give you attuide which say wait we will mail it to me. Actually told me they do all the visa scheduling for Morocco CR/IR I visas at the NVC the 3rd week of the month. And to call back then the other people just give an attuide and expect you to wait until then. He also told me that they will set a interview date then they will send it to Morocco. Sometimes I wounder how come the people on the phones at the NVC are there they dont tell you much. Im kind of glad the NVC will schedule the interview so I dont have to fight the Morocco consular for a date. The NVC isnt always perfect and nice but they much better to deal with then the USCIS I hate dealing with those people. They dont even give the right information.

Wounder which it is though I was told before first 2 weeks of the month. But just now I was told they do scheduling for Morocco third week of the month. But he was much nicer then anyone I have talked to there before so maybe he is the one to believe. His name was jack I think awaterlily also mentioned how nice he was before.

before, i was always excited for the 3rd week. i almost pull the days so that the 3rd week will come along. & most of the times i cannot wait for the 3rd week. 2nd week, i call NVC already.

now, i dont know what to feel. ive been disappointed 3 months. it seems i cannot handle the 4th one.

Thank you all for having pity on me hahahahahahhaha. For those going to the Philippines (Classic) there is nothing we can do but wait and wait and then wait some more, I have often though of not checking the NVC anymore to see if changes my luck, just wait for the letter to arrive, but as usual I get excited the second to third week of the month like everyone else does and call just to be dissappointed, angry, and frustrated again. All I can say is keep up the hope they cant ignore us forever.

For those going through different embassies have faith, remember my wait will not be yours unless you are going through Mexico. The Philippines is the largest immigration origin in the world and 60 percent of all visas issued this year will pass through that embassy, so your wait should not be as long .

Again thanks for all the well wishers and friends on this site, I would have lost my mind many many months ago if not for this site .

Yeah that was one of the things we thought about before deciding not to continue with the K-3. The time it takes to do AOS would just be a pain in the butt.

Sometimes I wounder if the NVC is even telling you the truth. Or they just tell you what you want to hear cause I have heard they schedule the first week of the month the 2d week and then I was told specifically the 3rd week for Morocco only. Then before I was told they schedule the last week of the month also. So when is it? I havent seen that much of a wait for Morocco most people havent waited that long for interviews unless K visas the consular isnt good to them. So I got told ill be lucky to get an April interview date. I dont know if I believe this operator its only the 6th of the month only 4 days they have actually been open on.
