I think that generally if you're called for a second interview it will be a "Stokes" interview-but I also didn't know there was such a thing as an interview for I-130, so I may be wrong. What does it say on the notice?

here's what the letter states

please come to teh office shown below at the time an dplace indicated in connection with an official matter

OFFICE LOCATION: US Citizenship & Immigration Services

Date and Hour:

ASK FOR : Please got to ADJUDICATION CHECK IN window to check in and have a seat

(Officer Name)

REASON FOR APPOINTMENT: I-130 Interview

BRING WITH YOU:Birth certificate, permanent resident card, naturalization certificates, taxes, bank statement, any joint accounts and any other suporting documents in regards to your case

THE BENEFICIARY OF THE I-130 MUST ACCOMPANY YOU TO THE INTERVIEW. Failure to appear may results in denial of your request, termination of your status and deportation from the United States
