Timeline

Questions Number 16 and 17 on the I-765 refers back to instructions on part 2 .

I have not seen any instructions named part 2 , or any instructions for that matter concerning the I-765.

Please direct me so I can answer #16 & 17 on this final form

To help you out - if you're adjusting status (which the I-765 is or can be part of) from marriage to US Citizen - the answer to #16 is "C" "9" so you would leave 17 blank.

You will refer to Section 7 (page 5) on the instructions. (It can be confusing which is why VJ has example forms.) :thumbs:

My Russian wife came here on a K-1 Visa , we are married , that is our situation .

The Employment application is 1 page .

Where is page 5 , section 7.
