If screening has been made at NVC, probably cause of one's denial at USEM is the way you answer or present your self then..just my thought..

yes, if the co not satisfied with the docs. u presented then u will be in a/p or maybe deny the visa...

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

NVC doesn't really do any screening for K1/K2 and K3/K4 applications.

All they do is assign the case number and then forward them to the US Embassy. They will do the screening during your interview. That's why your file leaves NVC so fast after it gets transferred from the USCIS.

When you're applying for CR1/IR1, the screening is done by the NVC.

If screening has been made at NVC, probably cause of one's denial at USEM is the way you answer or present your self then..just my thought..

N-400 Timeline

02-23-2018: Sent N-400 Application online

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

I wondered why the CO recommend the ladies to wear skirts at the Interviews

Now it all makes sense

Does DCF also goes to NVC or only the local USE process and checked everything?
